How to create an invoice [Invoiceberry video]

How to create an invoice

1. Log into your Invoiceberry account

2. Now you see the Dashboard

3. Click on new invoice

4. Now you see the Invoices -> New Invoice page

5. First we need to add a new client

6.1 Fill out the client form: Client email address

6.2 Fill out the client form: Client contact (first name, last name)

6.3 Fill out the client form: Client company name

6.4 Fill out the client form: Client address

7. Click on Save

8. Now the client is saved for the future

9. Change the currency

10. Type in a description for your service or product

11. Type in the quantity

12. Type in the price

13. Select a possible VAT/Sales Tax/GST

14. Select the date of issue / invoice date

15. Type in your terms and conditions

16. Type in notes to your customer

17. Set the payment terms /  payment date

18. Click Save

19. Well Done! You created your first invoice
