Our new Help-Center is now live! After reading through thousands of emails with questions and problems of our online invoicing customers we now successfully launched our new Help-Center.
In the future we will frequently add new content to the Help-Center. The launch was a big step towards an even faster and better customer support and hopefully a good way of making our customer even happier.

This way we only launched our first FAQ several month after we had launched Invoiceberry in 2010 but the FAQ were very useful. We didn’t just answer questions which we as the developers might consider important, but we answered real questions from our customers.[/stextbox]

Help guides (Click here)
The help guides consist of answers and tutorials with lots of screenshots and step-by-step guides. We categorized the help guides into the following categories: Getting Started, Invoices/Quotes, Expenses, Reports, Clients, Account & Subscription
