As part of our major InvoiceBerry update earlier this year we added the ability to attached a (receipt) file to an expense.
You now can tick the “Attach receipt file?” box and select a file to attach to the expense. You can upload files in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, GIF, PNG.
When adding a new expense or editing an existing expense, you will now see the tick box “Attach receipt file?”.
Once you’ve attached a file to an expense it will show up in the expenses list with a blue paperclip. You can click on the paperclip to open the file.
